All work is done by hand. No trees have been cut down to build this house. All the wood that we used came from older houses. It was plained and sanded to look like new.

Buddha Park in Loas

Buddha Park in Loas

Loas visa trip

I visited Loas to renew my Thai visa.

This is Vientiane the capital of Loas.
The Mekong river

my new Thai house

My house is made from Tek wood. It is a very expensive wood. It is no longer legal to cut down teak trees in Thailand.

In order to have teak you have to buy old teak houses, dismantel them and use there parts to build your house. It only took one day to dismantel this house. but months to build a new house.

We had to look at many houses to find the right one. I still need another house to complete this project.

my new Thai house

Everything is done by hand.
